Chapter 11~Battle Wounds... Emotionally and Physically

    Sara

I froze, which is usually never like me. But hey, when the Minotaur and Hydra are attacking, you have to be scared. Annabeth was obviously scared out of her mind and Lucas looked paralyzed.
    "Guys, fight!" Apollo encouraged.
Why won't you? I retorted in my head. You are a god, aren't you?
But he was right... demigods needed to fight first.
"Annabeth, Lucas!" I slapped them across the face. "Snap out of it!"
Annabeth rubbed her cheek. "Oh yea... right."
Lucas blinked. "Of course, fighting the 'Dangerous Duo' should definitely be encouraged!" He said sarcastically.
"It definitely should!" I said to him. I ran over to the window. There stood a great man-bull and a how-many-heads dragon, crashing through the lobby of the camp.
Thousands of campers charged at the two monsters, while the children of Aphrodite used perfume bottles since they forgot their weapons. Anyways, the children of Ares were attacking fiercer than ever, but getting more wounds than ever. The green mist around the house in the water was getting thinner. That meant "Bad news!"
    "They need help." I announced.
"Noo, really?" Annabeth who was watching also, said sarcastically.
"Yes really!" Lucas had taken out his sword, Bolt, and his shield, Lightning. He began to charge down the steps.
"Lucas, we need battle strategy!" I said.
Annabeth raised her eyebrow. "Children of Hestia aren't that wise. Only children of Athena would think that... I think."
Snap! Think, Sara, think! "Because I'm not a daughter of Hestia."
    Annabeth didn't seem surprised.
   "I'm a daughter of Athena." I lied.
   "Knew it."
"But now is not the time! There's a war and..." I scanned the crowd for Lucas. Just in time to see him get flung 20 feet across the air, hitting a tree so hard, the tree trunk broke. "Lucas needs help! C'mon!"

                                                                     ~|*_*|~

"Nectar and ambrosia will help him." I said to Annabeth. "But if he eats to much, he's done for.
"But one of us needs to help fight the monsters!" Annabeth said.
A painful flashback started in my head. Everyone became terrorized, while I did nothing. The Titans were creaming the gods, and I saw two god/titans doing a showdown. One of them seemed like...
My knees buckled and dropped to my knees. I stared at the two monsters. Creaming the demigods and I was doing nothing. I opened my backpack and gave Annabeth some ambrosia squares and  a canteen of nectar.
"Find Lucas. Heal him. I'll go... fight." I dusted myself off and ran to the monsters, no weapons provided.

   Annabeth

"Sara, wait!" I called to her. She stopped dead in her tracks.
"I'M FINE! I CAN FIGHT, YOU KNOW! WAY STRONGER THAN YOU!" Sara's voice sounded angry and hurt. There was something she wasn't telling me.
"But I could trap them and put them into the Underworld if I remember how! Don't you know battle strategy?" I called to her.
"Look, I don't know what's your problem, but I definitely know battle strategy. And my first one is simple; ignoring you."
I watched Sara run off. I turned around and walked to the fallen tree. I froze when I saw how injured my brother was.
Blood trickled out of his mouth and oozed out of cuts. He had one black eye and purple bruises dotted him. His leg was bent (Ew!) and his right arm was helplessly broken. Lucas' eyes were shut closed, but I could still see his chest rising up and down barely.
Nectar and ambrosia will hopefully help his broken body. Now where did I keep it? I felt my pockets and pulled out the godly food.
I opened the canteen and let it drip into Lucas' mouth. How much was too much? I let a few more drips fall and closed the canteen. I grabbed some ambrosia squares and gave 3 to feed to Lucas. His wounds were still there, but Lucas had the ability to open his eyes.
"Annabeth?" Came out a croaking voice. "What happened?"
"A hydra flung you into the air." I told him absently, watching Sara.
Lucas tried to sit up, but immediately fell back. I watched Lucas. He was so fragile, so weak.
"That toss must've been tough." Lucas coughed. I managed to give him a weak smile.
"At least we should try to find Apollo." I offered.
   "Or visit the Oracle."
I turned my head and saw a mysterious girl appear out of thin air. She had gleaming black air, sea-blue eyes and wore a green greek dress. Her blue eyes seemed angry and intense, yet had gentle and sweetness. The girl's voice was strong and confident, along with the odd aura around her.
I stood up. "Who are you?"
The girl gave me a curious look, as if she sensed something weird about me. Finally, she opened her mouth. "My name is Celestia, daughter of the Oracle of Delphi. I doubt anyone knew about this immortal outcast. I wasn't included in the greek/roman stories, and the Titans, giants and even the gods haven't noticed me! Just an immortal, an annoying oracle."
